Are there any extra or hidden fees such as phone, laundry, cleaning or utilities?
Our cleaning fee is quoted at the time of booking. There are no hidden fees! For rentals of less than 30 days, you should not have any extra fees except for international telephone calls or for extra cleaning services requested or required in violation of the rental agreement.
Please note that an optional pool heating charge based upon usage will apply if you choose to oeprate the pool heater. An estimation of these charges can be provided upon request, and such charges shall be deducted from the security deposit.
For rentals of more than 30 days, the renter may be required to pay all utilities.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept checks, and all major credit cards through PayPal invoicing.
Do you cash the security deposit upon booking?
Yes. Provided all is in order when you check out, there will be no additional charges against your security deposit, and it will be returned to you by mail or PayPal posted within 30 days of your departure with any agreed deductions taken into account.
What is included in the price?
Everything except our quoted final cleaning charges and tax. Our rate includes sheets & towels, Internet access, cable, utilities and telephone (as noted above), bank fees, etc.
The Palm Springs Room tax of 11.5% applies to our fees as with any hotel or house rental in Palm Springs for any stay less than 28 days.

What is your cancellation policy?
Any cancellation notification received at least 30 days prior to your arrival date will result in a refund of 50% of the total fees paid less a processing fee of $50.
Any cancellation received after 30 days prior to your arrival, will result in the forfeit of all rental fees paid.
In any event, any days re-rented will be refunded on a pro-rata basis less a processing fee of $50.
